some thoughts on homosexuality in music stores

Filed under: Guitar Tone — admin @ 7:52 pm

ok.
you walk into a music store.
there are all these amazingly painted sparkley gay guitars hanging up on the racks.
you see a shape that pleases you, or rather, a shape that youve been told is pleasing/desirable in some way….so you pull the thing down and plug it into some god awful modern amplifier and play a few bits and pieces to ‘ see how it sounds’.
if you are more interested in how you look holding this guitar, get the fuck out of this page and dont come back.
if you are more interested in the logo on the guitar as opposed to how it sounds…fuck off and dont come back.
if you are a man, and whilst you hold this guitar you find that your attention is more on the what the other men in the store are wearing, or how their ass sways as they walk around the store, then get the fuck out and dont come back.
if you think that the sound coming out of the store provided amplifier is the sound youre going to get from your amp at home ( unless its the same one ), youre wrong.
if you think that you can get a good idea of the quality of the guitars sound by playing the thing in a room being pumped full of god awful music , music selected to make prospective buyers feel cool just by being in that music store, then youre wrong.
(get the guitar into a quite room )
the sounds you hear coming that from that guitar are of course colored by the amplifier.
it takes a trained ear to separate the guitars tone from the amplifiers tone.
the best way, degenerates, is to strum the guitar in a quiet room…unplugged.
no effects, no disgusting modern amplifiers, no store pumped background music, no friends to distract you.
i am going to set up pages on this website that describe what the different woods sound like.
i do have to consult with brother spruce on how to do this as i just dont know much at all about the internet or site construction.
laughing at me now cause im not internet savvy?
fuck you.
im comfortable in my own shoes.
i have more gear than i need, i make guitars from woods that i get from all sorts of places, i have many amplifiers..
my tone is fat, i have mounted many, many women, i have a son who thinks im wonderful.
why am i being so coarse?
why are you such a boring dickwad?
ok i got a little distracted there…
degenerates listen up…
its all about the body wood.
forget pickups, forget brands, forget the way the guy just winked at you in the music store.
in regards to tone generation in an electric guitar..the order of importance in regards to parts is..
1. body wood.
2. body wood.
3. body wood.
4. fretboard wood
5.type and thickness of paint.
6. pickups.
pickups only reflect to the amplifier whats there.
you cant polish a turd, but you can paint it with tone destroying polycoat and sell it to a degenerate…
brother spruce has assured me that its a good idea sharing this information with you all.
frankly, i think youre all a bunch of dickheads.
got any ideas on what kind of a man i am?
then tell me..here in these pages.
save the insults about my mother, shed punch you down and spit in your face.
ok.

Guitars and other things of interest.

Filed under: Guitar Tone — admin @ 11:29 am

I’ve just read brother spruces (aka theguitarkings) post regarding acoustic guitars .
dont like his view?
tell him and watch what happens.
dont like my view?
fuck you.
at this time i havent published my view and ill do that when i please, and if im pleased by it.
think youre better than me cause you use capitals and apostraphes?
fuck you.
you can come to this place and learn, and possibly give brother spruce and I your money, or you can go somewhere else and masturbate over your glossy prs santana copy with inlaid scrotum scrapings provided by the great man himself.
have i made any spelling errors?
who gives a fuck.
around here its content, not spelling that counts, unless it suits brother spruce or i to think otherwise.
who am i to type in this fashion?
ill tell you what i am…tired.
ive been in the studio and you lot arent worth ten seconds of my time tonight.
at this early juncture i will say that my view is that most of you out there know nothing, absolutely nothing about tone…amps…effects.
most of you have never had an original thought let alone a musical idea in your entire, pitifully barren lives.
when it suits me, i will set up pages here for the discussion of the aforementioned musical devices.
until such time as i do that, continue to waddle around in your ignorant state.
if you like sport…if youre a sports fan, then fuck off and dont come back.
if you think r&b is some coked up african american croaking along to a keyboard generated dog turd, then fuck off and dont come back.
ok enough.

PEOPLE OF AUSTRALIA – THE GUITAR SELECTOR HAS ARRIVED

Filed under: Guitar Tone — admin @ 5:02 am

Who amongst you, citizens, is stupid enough to believe that all guitars are created equal? If you are one of the the uncultured hoard who insist that a guitar is simply a commodity, please leave this blog now and do not insult us by returning. Instead seek videos of the dances and songs of Britney Speares on Youtube, where you may also mix with people of a similar intellectual capacity. Or perhaps considering learning “Guitar Hero” in place of making contact with an actual guitar.

If you, like the Guitar Selector, have made it your life to search for  T-O-N-E , this site will eventually have it all. This is a place where the finest details of guitar specifications will be discussed and argued over endlessly. But the real business of the Guitar Selector is to get out there and play guitars. Hundreds and hundreds of them. And out of all those guitars buy one. The perfect guitar which through a perfect conjunction of all its elements far surpasses its brothers and sisters. A player’s guitar, chosen by a team of experts above a thousand others. And through the generosity of the Guitar Selector, these special guitars are available to the public.

The Guitar Selector believes in giving back to a society which has given, and continues to give him so much. The guitar selector only buys guitars under $500 and sells them for double the purchase price. We bargain hard when we can on price so you save double! This pays for the team to head out for the week playing guitars, drinking beer, etc. and reporting and comparing notes. Finally playing all the finalists together and deciding on the guitar of the month.
